1. Q: Where do you deliver? What's your delivery range?
A: The Trichome Company serves: Roanoke/Vinton/Salem and other surrounding areas.

If you are over 15 Min’s from our distribution center a $5 delivery fee shall be added to your order total.

2. Q: Do I need to buy Gift Credit first, then shop?
A: No. Pick out your gifts first and complete our secure order form. The invoice reflects the Gift Credit tied to your selection.
3. Q: Why does my invoice say "Merch Pack" or "Gift Credit"?
A: It’s how we word things to stay legal and compliant so we can provide you exactly what you want.
4. Q: What if I don’t pay my invoice?
A: No payment = No Delivery. If a products leave out possession without payment, it is treated as theft and will lead to revoked membership and legal action/collections.
5. Q: Do you guys ship?
A: Not at the moment. Right now we are a delivery service only. We are working on it however.
6. Q: How do I pay?
A: All payments are processed through Square, pay with card or cash upon delivery.
7. Q: What ID do I need to show?
A: You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
8. Q: Do you guys offer exchanges or returns?
A: Out products are consumable, and all sales are final. If there’s an issue contact us within 1 hour of receiving your delivery.
9. Q: What is the Frost Chamber?
A: Our loyalty program with exclusive deals, drops, bonuses, GC Perks and more. Your first purchase with Sealed & Lit automatically signs up your email to be a Frost Chamber member. To opt out contact a sales rep.
10. Q: Can you order without being part of the Frost Chamber?
A: A membership isn’t required, however members get exclusive perks.
11. Q: How can I contact The Trichome Company?
